Frequently asked questions

Q: Do I need to book in my workout sessions?

A: No, all you need to do to enter our clubs is swipe your key card and check yourself in with the QR code supplied by VIC govt.

Q: What do I need to bring to my workouts?

A: For covid-safe purposes we require all members to bring their own drink bottle, towel and mask for the duration of the time inside the club. If you forget to have these items on you; club reception will have stock readily available for purchase.

Q: My key doesn't work, or I've lost my key, what do I do?

A: Please let us know at your earliest convenience about your issue via call/text or visit , and we will either rectify your key access, or issue you a replacement FOB key. Please do not attempt to access the gym using another members key, or enter behind a member, as this will incur a tailgating fine.

Q: CAN I BRING A FRIEND WITH ME?

A: Yes we love our members training with a training buddy. This will need to be done in staffed hours and they will need to check in and chat to one of our team members.
