GROUP FITNESS

Our Group Fitness classes are free for Anytime members and cater to all fitness levels. Classes are a great way to experience the amazing culture and vibe at Anytime Fitness Narre Warren, where you will hit all your fitness goals and make new friends in the 3805 community. We make sure we tailor our classes sizes so the instructors can focus and help you with great form and technique.

KICKBOXING | Wed 6:15PM

Extreme lower body workout focusing on lower abs, thighs and cardio but most importantly technique.

BOXING | MON 5:30PM, Wed 6:00am & 6:15pm

Punch out your daily stress on the pads… or the PT

FULL BODY FUSION | Thurs: 6:15PM

Combining body weight and weights to create a high intensity sweat sesh.

CLASS FOR MUMS | TUES 10:30AM

Class targeted for the mums who don’t have the time to get their sweat on.

ABS & Core | Mon: 6:15pm

Build core muscle groups & improve posture with a range of core based exercises.

HIIT | TUES 5:30PM, FRI 6:00AM & 5:30PM

High intensity interval training, a full body workout targeting fat loss.

DUMP TRUCK CLASS | THURS 5:30PM

Abs, Butts and Thighs for anyone seeking that bubble butt.

Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.

AMRAP | Sat: 1:00PM

As many rounds as possible, pushing the boundaries of your body and mind.
